Welcome to Tryzo ("the App"), operated by Mattia Puppo. By downloading, accessing, or using Tryzo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Tryzo on Apple devices in accordance with these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
2. User Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old (or older where required by law) to use the App.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree not to misuse the App or attempt to interfere with its normal operation.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
Tryzo offers auto-renewable subscriptions for access to premium features.
- Subscription length: Weekly.
- Subscription pricing: Displayed in-app and adapted by region.
- Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current period from Apple ID Subscriptions.
- Management & cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Payments are charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
4. User-Generated Content
- You may upload photos of clothing and personal images for use in your virtual wardrobe and virtual try-on.
- By uploading content, you confirm that you own the rights or have permission to use it, and you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display this content solely for App functionality.
- You may not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, offensive, or harmful.
- We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
5. AI-Generated Content
- Tryzo uses artificial intelligence to generate outfit ideas and try-on images.
- Generated results are for informational and entertainment purposes only.
- We do not guarantee accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or compliance with fashion/occasion requirements.
6. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Tryzo if you violate these Terms or use the App unlawfully. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
8. Limitation of Liability
Tryzo is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
